Does your corporation provide matching funds for their employees' and retirees' contributions to nonprofit organizations? If so, when you donate to SWI, ask for a Matching Gifts Form from your company's human resource department. Next, fill out the pertinent information and forward it to the address below. We will confirm your gift and file the funding request with your company.
